Salon Etiquette

In order for our team to give you our undivided attention, please ensure you arrive on time. If you are running late, we will do everything we can to accommodate you, however if you are excessively late, we may need to reschedule your appointment as we have other guests to consider.

Our cancellation policy requires our guests to provide us with 24 hours notice if they wish to change their appointment. This way we can try to fill your slot with another guest on the waiting list. Thank you for your understanding.
